Metal surface corrosion can at most affect the appearance of machinery, while the influence that internal corrosion can bring about should not be underestimated. Various chemicals enter the machinery through gaps and external passages, corrode internal parts, affect its normal functioning, and even shorten the service life of equipments.
2. Ensure normal working load of excavator.
Do not exceed the maximum load that the equipment can bear during operation. Try to ensure the uniform acceleration of the excavator load, step on the accelerator evenly, and make smooth movements.
The size and nature of excavator workload are closely related to equipment wear. When parts "overload", the wear will intensify, to ensure normal workload, so that the machine can be healthier and last longer.
3. Reduced impact of impurities in construction machinery.
Pay attention to the protection of the whole machine on the job site and the protection of new accessories during maintenance, selecting genuine high-quality accessories.
In the process of equipment operation, air and machine itself will produce various impurities. If these impurities enter the inside of the machine and reach between the mating surfaces of the machine, they will not only accelerate the wear of parts, but also scratch the surface of fittings, destroy the lubricating oil film, and increase the temperature of parts which further deteriorate the lubricating oil.
4. Ensure the normal operating temperature of each component.
Check all kinds of thermometers frequently, and stop the machine immediately to check and troubleshoot problems when they are found. Check the working condition of cooling system frequently, replace cooling water, and ensure ventilatory cooling air duct. Prevent overload operation at low temperature, and do not operate until the specified temperature is reached.
In the process of operation, the optimum temperature of each component has a certain range, which will accelerate the wear of components, causing deterioration of lubricating oil and changing of material properties.
