semi-trailer to run 150,000 kilometers a year. For some semi-trailer of some logistics companies, the mileage often reaches more than 300,000 kilometers.
Nowadays, most of the ordinary axles are maintained once after they are used for 100,000 kilometers. For example, the truck used for the special logistics runs 300,000 kilometers per year. The axle head needs to be maintained for three times a year. This not only delays the running efficiency of the vehicle, but also distracts the user. Using axles with long maintenance time can put more energy for the operation of the vehicle. For example, the BPW 400K axle can be maintained after being used for 400,000 km. Trend Five: Being specialized, the semi-trailer used for special purpose is inevitable
Many
semi-trailers carried goods that did not match their operating conditions on the road for quite a long period of time. This not only disturbs the market order, but also has hidden danger.
For example, ordinary dropside
semi-trailers transport liquid cargo instead of tanker trucks. Some stake body semi trailers are used to transport frozen goods which are covered by quilts. This kind of transportation is likely to cause the unfreezing of frozen goods and affect quality of frozen goods.
With the stricter national regulations, people's production safety awareness has increased, and more and more attention has been paid to
semi-trailers used for special purposes. For example, van trailers are used to transport light goods or for express delivery, while the refrigerated
semi-trailer is used for carrying frozen goods and vegetables. Different vehicles which are used for different purposes are more conducive to good development of the logistics industry. Therefore,
semi-trailers will be professional in the future.
The
semi-trailer market is already a fairly mature market in China. Both users and manufacturers are increasingly pursuing the quality of
semi-trailers. Being lightweight, intelligent, standardized, efficient and specialized has become the common needs for most of the semi-trailer users currently.
